1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the YouDoo platform ("Service"), operated by YouDoo Health Technologies ("YouDoo", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms, and "you" refers to both you individually and the organisation.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

5. Health Disclaimer

The Service provides AI-generated health and wellness guidance. This content is for informational and supportive purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.

  • AI-generated exercise recommendations are not a replacement for professional physiotherapy assessment
  • Pain monitoring features are for self-tracking purposes and do not provide clinical diagnoses
  • Session analyses are supplementary tools and are subject to clinical expert review
  • In case of medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately

YouDoo employs clinical safety mechanisms including red flag detection and expert review pipelines to maintain quality and safety, but these do not replace professional clinical judgement.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, and all other content, is owned by YouDoo Health Technologies and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any personal data and content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant YouDoo a limited licence to use, process, and store it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Organisation Accounts

7.1 Organisation Responsibilities

Organisations using YouDoo for employee wellness programmes are responsible for:

  • Obtaining appropriate consent from employees before enrolling them in the programme
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable employment and data protection laws
  • Designating authorised administrators for the organisation account

7.2 Employee Data

Organisations acknowledge that individual employee health data (therapy sessions, pain logs, exercise records) is private to each employee. Organisation dashboards provide only aggregated, anonymised analytics — never individual-level health information.

8. Subscription and Payments

8.1 Free Trial

Organisation accounts may include a 14-day free trial period. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using organisation features.

8.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your selected plan. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

8.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YouDoo Health Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill.

In no event shall YouDoo's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, the Service, or YouDoo.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the revised Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
